Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Yes, all of California residents are subject to the state sales tax rate of 7.25%.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and Paypal. In addition, you can pay by check and your order will be processed once we receive your check.
Q. How much will my shipping and handling charges be?
A. We ship free in the United States. Required insurance (privately insured) is $1.00. Registration or other services are extra. Orders outside the U.S. are charged $3.00.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?.
A. Yes. Since we offer free shipping (U.S. only), we have a minimum order amount of $25.00.
Q. What if I need to return all or part of my order?
A. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return any stamps for an immediate refund if not satisfied, if returned in a reasonable time.
Q. What condition are your stamps in?
A. Over 99% of our stock is mint never hinged, F-VF. Any stamp that is otherwise is noted as such. Order with confidence and if you receive a stamp that doesn't meet your requirements, return it for exchange or a full refund.
